Refund Policy

At StartWithERP, our goal is to ensure you're fully satisfied with our consulting and implementation services. We strive to be transparent and fair, and we understand that circumstances can change. Below is our updated refund policy.

Consulting & Implementation Services

  • Satisfaction Guarantee (Initial Engagements): If you're not satisfied with your first consulting session, contact us within 3 days of the session and we’ll either re-do the session at no cost or issue a full refund—no questions asked.
  • Unstarted Work: For any prepaid service (consulting hours or project packages), a 100% refund is available if you cancel before work has started or before any planning or onboarding meetings are held.
  • Partially Used Services: If you’ve used part of a prepaid package (e.g., 10 hours out of 20), we’ll refund the unused portion, minus any applicable processing fees. We do not charge penalties for early cancellation.
  • Project-Based Work: For fixed-scope projects, you can request a partial refund for unfinished work. We will assess the percentage of work completed and refund the remainder, minus work already delivered and time spent on planning or discovery.
